Sunday 8th May

Only 13 days to go! All Six of us set off today for a long cycle ride but Gareth had to go early and disappeared at Gloucester and Malcolm stayed with us until after lunch (at the Apple Tree in Minsterworth - very nice!). So only four of us battled against the wind to complete 65 miles. We were lucky with the rain but very unlucky with the wind. We are now keeping our fingers crossed that the winds do what they should do when we cycle and blow from the south-west!!
